A Private Estate

A Private Estate remains the same as it was when first developed by a Livingston Family in the mid nineteenth century. Our half mile grounds are dotted with Magnificent Oaks and rolling lawn, providing multiple settings for your event. As a landmarked National Register Property your guests will have exclusive use of the Riverside grounds from the garden house to the banks of an acre lake.  In 2012 we will be adding a barn and surrounding courtyard to be used for rehearsal dinners and smaller weddings. Our season runs from Memorial Day through Columbus Day.
